Yet negative thoughts yield great power over our mindset and can effectively self-sabotage you. Thoughts exist, but they're not real. Ultimately we struggle to manage the interfaces between work, personal life, friendships and family etc. Protecting what's important to you is fundamental to supporting your self-worth, cultivating trusted relationnships, and promoting your self-care.
